Trans Mold Group (TMG) has 4 injection machines in house for mold trails and small molding production, they are 90T, 120T, 320T and 650T. Except this, we also have good relationship with a mold trials company, who is close to us and equipped with press machines from 50 to 2000 tons including equipment for two-shot molding, gas-assisted injection molding, etc. This allows us to test a wide range of plastic injection molds and make samples for evaluation according to the customer’s needs.
We could provide small molding production service to our customers, it would be an advantage for you to have a Chinese mold maker who is also capable for plastic injection molding with competitive prices. If the mold is left in Trans Mold Group for small production and not send to customer, we can design and make the mold in LKM standard. In this way, it will help save both time and cost.

All of the plastic injection molds manufactured and stay at Trans Mold group (TMG) for injection molding is well organized to put on storage after molding production is finished temperately. Cavity and core would be spray the anti-rust agent, mold plates are clean without any mess, it would be labeled and identified to easy to access for next runs. Any changes of the parts and molds will be recorded and traceable.
